How is this different from therapy?

Therapy is designed to help you understand your patterns. The EXIT Method is designed to help you stop repeating them. We use what you already know from therapy as a starting point and we build momentum from there. This is not a replacement for therapy. It is what happens after you have done enough of it to know the pattern by name and still cannot stop it.

What is an akashic records reading?

The akashic records are an energetic archive of your soul’s history across lifetimes. A reading accesses patterns that have been running beneath the surface often since before this life began. It is the difference between treating symptoms and finding the source. Your first session opens with a full soul audit so we know exactly what we are working with from day one.

Do I have to believe in spirituality for this to work?
